ULTA Haul | August 2018

End of summer means time to refresh my beauty supplies! I took a trip to my one of my favorite places, Ulta, and picked up so many goodies that I just couldn’t wait to share with you!

Some of these products I’ve used before and just picked up some refills, but I also picked up some new stuff that I tried for the first time. So without further adieu, here’s what I got!

Urban Decay Naked Flushed Palette

I’ve used this palette plenty times before, but I just love it so much that I always have to make sure my supply is full and ready to be used! This palette is all you need for a gorgeous, glowing look! It includes bronzer, highlighter and blush and is offered in a number of different shades. The palette that I normally go for is called Strip, which offers a bit deeper hues.

Neutrogena Hydro Boost Exfoliating Cleanser

I’ve been a fan of Neutrogena products ever since I started wearing makeup and caring about skincare. As a matter of fact, a lot of my skincare products are actually Neutrogena brand. I recently tried the Hydro Boost exfoliating cleanser for the first time a few months ago and have been using it religiously ever since! I have dry skin, so I wanted to try a cleanser that not only wouldn’t make my skin even worse, but would actually do its part in hydrating my skin, and this cleanser met my expectations!

Biore Ultra Deep Cleansing Pore Strips

This is another product that I’ve been using for quite some time. I’m the type of person that likes to see immediate results, call me impatient if you must, but I just like knowing things are working! These pore strips work right away, and I have seen some great results from them! Just place the strip on your face, relax for a few minutes, and pull that bad boy off to see the result of your deep pore cleansing!

Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Water

This is one of the products that I decided to try for the first time, and let me say so far so good! My skin is very sensitive so I am always nervous when it comes to trying new products, but so far my skin hasn’t had any bad reactions to the product and it’s given my skin a great base for applying makeup!

Colourpop Ultra Matte Lip

I’ve heard so much about Colourpop that I figured I just had to try! To my surprise, when I saw how cheaply priced the Colourpop products were I just had to try! I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product. I got the lip colors Tulle and Love Bug and they’re both really beautifully pigmented!

Mario Badescu Facial Spray

I really love Mario Badescu skincare products! I picked up the facial spray with aloe, herbs and rosewater and love it. This spray keeps my face hydrated and gives it a dewy look. I even feel comfortable sometimes replacing a full face of makeup with just a few quick spritzes of this spray!

Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara

My absolute favorite mascara of all time! I always seem to come back to this mascara, and for good reason! This mascara not only lengthens my lashes but gives them a voluminous look! I really don’t have a single bad thing to say about this mascara.

Ecotools Precision Blush Brush

I don’t like spending too much money on brushes. Most of my brushes are either elf brand or Morphe. This was my first time picking up an Ecotools brush, and I like it so far! The bristles of the brush are soft and it does a great job of being able to pick up a good amount of the product onto the brush. The brush also feels like it is good quality and the bristles aren’t consistently falling out either.

Have you picked up any new beauty products lately? What did you get?
