Actor Timothee Chalamet has shared the first glimpse of his reprisal of the role Willy Wonka.
Chalamet took to social media on Sunday to share the photo, in which he is dressed as the famous chocolatier himself, while behind a camera on the set of the movie.
Timothee Chalamet is set to play the beloved Roald Dahl character in his younger years in the upcoming film titled, Wonka.
Chalamet captioned the photo using a famous line from the 1971 film, Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory, where Willy Wonka was famously played by Gene Wilder.
“The suspense is terrible, I hope it will last…” the caption read.
We don’t know much about the upcoming release, aside from the fact that it will focus on Willy Wonka during his younger years.
Hopefully we’ll get a potential release date soon!
