Who doesn’t love trying out new beauty products?
Many beauty brands like to launch new products at the start of each year, because the start of a new year makes for the perfect opportunity to try out some new products!
One of the brands that launched some new products recently is NYX Cosmetics, as part of their Spring 2022 Beauty Drops.
Now, in the beauty world, there’s a lot of saturation – meaning there’s a lot of the same products out there. So, brands are constantly looking for ways to be innovative in creating new products that don’t yet exist out there, or that are different from what you normally see on every store shelf in every store, ever.
NYX Cosmetics really understood the assignment with this latest drop – which is all about “supercharging” your look.
We recently received some of the new products from NYX’s latest drop, and got to test them out.

As you can see in the video, this latest collection of products are unique in the fact that they contain a mix of electrolytes – I mean, how cool is that? For many of us, when we think of electrolytes, we think of drinking a Gatorade, not putting makeup on!
After having worn the makeup all day, both inside and outside, I can confidently say it held up all day! No crunchy browns from the thickening mascara, no sticky lips from the gloss, the primer and setting spray kept my foundation in place and looking fresh all day, and the epic smoke liner didn’t smear and kept its pigment throughout the day. Two thumbs up in my book!
