How to have an at-home spa day

At home spa day

I’m sure so many of us are dreaming about the spa day that we are going to go out and have when the stay-at-home orders lift and we are free to roam as before. However, you really don’t have to wait! There are plenty of ways to have your own at-home spa day.

The first thing you need to do to have an at-home spa day is to put away the electronics and anything that will keep you connected to what is going on in the world right now. It’s good for your mental health to disconnect once in a while. So, with that being said, put down the phones, tablets and laptops and pick up a good book!

Next, talk with your family and/or roommates and let them know your plans for the day and that you need this. Let them know that you’d really appreciate some peace and quiet and some time alone to be able to unwind and clear your mind. I have no doubt in my mind that once you bring this up to them and you make them aware of your plans, they will have no problem respecting that!

If you’ve got a bathtub in your house, fill that bad boy up and light some candles! Because you deserve it!

While you’re daydreaming of that perfect spa day, I’ve put together a list of some products that will up your at-home spa day game!
