Gift Guide: Brands With A Cause (pt. 2!)

brands with a cause

Christmas is just a few weeks away, I really can’t believe it! This has been the longest, but fastest year ever. I wanted to share a follow up to my gift guide that featured brands with a cause, because it seemed like a lot of readers liked that guide, so why not feature more gifts like that!

If you haven’t checked out the first gift guide, be sure to do so by clicking HERE!

As I did in the previous gift guide, the products and brands featured in this gift guide all have a deeper cause behind the name, whether that be through giving back to the community, or through the environmentally friendly ingredients used to make the product. Whichever way they do it, they’re all giving back in a big way.

So, let’s get down to business!

brands with a cause

United States of Camo Headwear

If you know someone who is constantly reaching for a cap before they head out the door, this may be the perfect gift! The United States of Camo has a number of different hats for both men and women, that come in a variety of colors. The cause behind this company is one that I really love. The mission at the United States of Camo is to bring awareness to the mental health issues that plague veterans and to help them get the support that they need. 10% of every sale goes directly to veterans.

Thrive Natural Care Energy Scrub

We all know I love to talk about skincare products, so here is another one that you’ll want to check out. This natural face scrub is made for both men and women, it helps to remove dead skin cells and any dirt and oil that may have built up on your face. Additionally, it deep cleans your skin to help leave you with fresh, healthy skin! Aside from the products being 100% cruelty free, the mission of Thrive Natural Care is to help leave people and the planet healthier than they found it. Thrive has helped to restore farmland through their regenerative business model, which in turn has helped to improve the livelihoods of farmers.

TOMS Houndstooth Faux Fur Slippers

Who doesn’t love to be cozy? These faux fur slippers from TOMS not only serve the purpose to keep you comfy, but to look cute while doing so! They come in a number of different colors and styles, for both men and women. Over the years, TOMS has been involved in a number of different organizations, constantly giving back to those who need it. Most recently, TOMS has raised more than $2 million through their Global Giving Fund, which is being distributed to those on the frontlines to deliver supplies, build hygiene stations and more. TOMS is also known as the original One for One company, and have given almost 100 million shoes to people in need.

Animal Crossing Long Sleeve Tee from BoxLunch

The release of Animal Crossing for Nintendo Switch at the beginning of the pandemic was one of the biggest pop culture moments of the year, and it continues to rank at the top as we head into the new year. There’s so much Animal Crossing merchandise, including this long sleeve tee, available from BoxLunch. BoxLunch is a web shop, as well as a brick and mortar store, that features TONS of pop culture memorabilia. Even if you’re not a fan of Animal Crossing, you’re likely to find something you like from BoxLunch. For every $10 spent at BoxLunch, they will help provide a meal for people in need through the Feeding America program.

Bracelet Sets from Pura Vida

What’s an outfit without some accessories, am I right? Pura Vida is one of the trendiest accessories brands there is out there right now. I am constantly seeing people rave about them, for good reason too! Not only do they offer a wide array of super cute and trendy accessories, but the company has given jobs to more 800 artisans from Costa Rica, El Salvador, India and more. Additionally, over the past few years they have partnered with more than 175 charities to give back in any way that they can.

Beauty Products from Honest Beauty

If you haven’t heard of Honest Beauty before, you’re going to want to read this! The Honest Company is a wellness brand, founded by actress Jessica Alba, that offers products that you can trust to be safe for not only you, but your family. They offer tons of amazing beauty products, as well as baby products, clothing and more. Additionally, The Honest Company’s initiative Honest To Goodness helps to fund donations of baby and wellness products to those who need it.

So there you have it! These are just a few (more) brands that have a cause behind them, meaning shopping with them will leave you feeling good!

If you have any other brands with a cause that you think people should know about, leave a comment!
