I don’t know about anyone else, but when I first started buying makeup, I used to watch tutorial videos on how to apply it, and while I did in fact learn a lot from them, sometimes I felt the videos were too difficult to keep up with!
If you’ve been visiting this blog, or watching my videos for a while now, you’ve heard me say time and time again that makeup is for everyone, not just professional artists. Therefore, I wanted to create a super easy makeup tutorial video that I hope can help those very beginners who maybe just bought their first few makeup products or have just been putting off learning how to use it.
One of the most basic looks to put together, and one of my personal favorite looks to put together, is a neutral smokey eye.
A neutral smokey eye is a look that you can use for just about any occasion ever. It’s such a light, non-“in your face” look that you can wear it to work, out with friends, to a party, or even if you’re just running errands and want to look good!
The video above features my easy makeup tutorial, which I hope is easy enough for you to follow along if you’re just starting out!
If you’re interested in any of the products in the video, here is a list of what I used:
*These are affiliate links. Should you make a purchase through one of the links, I will receive a compensation.*

If there are any other makeup looks or application tips you’d like me to film or write about, let me know! I hope that this video helped you out, even if just a little bit!
