A huge win for Britney Spears Friday afternoon as her conservatorship has been terminated by a judge, about 14 years after it was put into place.
Judge Brenda Penny terminated the conservatorship in the same Los Angeles courtroomsame Los Angeles courtroom that it was put into place in.
The termination of the conservatorship comes about five months after Britney Spears gave a heart wrenching testimony in court, detailing the abuses that she has undergone throughout the conservatorship.
It also comes just weeks after her father, Jamie Spears, was removed as her conservator.
This is a huge win for Britney Spears and the Free Britney movement.
The end of the conservatorship now gives Britney the freedom to drive her own car, go where she pleases, make her own decisions regarding her finances, career and own wellbeing and perhaps even get married and have children with her fiancé Sam Asghari, whom of which she got engaged to recently.
